About this Opportunity
The Exponential Fellowship (Go Exponential) fast-tracks early-career Spanish builders by placing selected Fellows at high-growth startups in Silicon Valley and New York. The program covers the J-1 visa process (and typically flights and insurance), provides paid placements with U.S.-level compensation, and includes exclusive events, mentorship, and access to an international founder/investor network. Fellowship length depends on visa category and experience (typically 12–18 months).
