ODF is an intense, one-week in-person onboarding sprint (hosted in San Francisco) plus a lifetime community of founders and builders. The program focuses on idea exploration, co-founder and team formation, early product/customer work, and fundraising preparation. ODF is non-dilutive and runs a pay-what-you-can model (suggested contribution) while providing >$800k in perks (AWS, Stripe Atlas, Mercury, Carta, etc.), workshops, and ongoing community support. ODF alumni have collectively raised over $2B and include companies such as Levels, Cal.com, Finch, and Loyal.

Eligibility
Founders (or soon-to-be founders) with a track record of shipping work who are 100% committed (or soon committing) to starting a company. Not a fit if you've already raised beyond pre-seed / reached product-market fit, are building a non-venture-scale business, have a primary customer base outside the US, or already have a full team.
