The fellowship provides community, mentorship, and resources instead of a fixed curriculum or Demo Day. SPC invests $400,000 for 7% equity in participating startups, with an additional $600K guaranteed follow-on investment from its fund. Applications are rolling and cohorts are small, led by partners one-on-one.
