Z Fellows fast-tracks early technical tinkerers into Silicon Valley through a one-week intensive experience. Participants receive a $10K stipend to work full-time on their project alongside multi-billion-dollar founders, gain lifelong access to an elite network of mentors, and may opt into a $10K investment at a $1B valuation cap. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, cohorts run multiple times a year, and the final day culminates with in-person sessions in SF or NYC.
